Everyone Deserves a Real Job For Real Wages.

We advocate Employment First! Simply put, Employment First means everyone deserves the right to have real jobs for real wages.  

The mission of the Association of People Supporting Employment First (APSE) is the advancement of Employment First, which is a national initiative that promotes competitive employment in an integrated setting. Competitive employment offers pay at minimum wage or higher.   

APSE works as a conduit of communication between legislators, employers, service providers and jobs seekers with the goal of increasing awareness and implementation of Employment First. 

The Arizona APSE chapter collaborates to share Employment First statewide. Direct Advocacy and Resource Center is proud to be an active member.
