Todd has over 25 years of entrepreneurial business experience. He is the father of identical twins who have a visual disability. In 2016 he elected to make a career change from business development to pursue his true passion of working with individuals with disabilities.
He assisted the world’s largest online retailer to establish a program that promoted inclusion in their workforce by hiring individuals with disabilities. He has also worked as a job developer to assist individuals with disabilities to obtain competitive and customized employment.
In Todd’s personal time, he enjoys playing the drums, disc golf, yoga, and spending time with his family. He also enjoys studying martial arts and holds the rank of Nidan in Aikido.
