National Survey on Health & Disability

Take the National Survey on Health and Disability (NSHD), one of the largest surveys gathering input from people with disabilities about their experiences with their health care access, housing, transportation, health insurance, community participation, and other life experiences. The survey is open to U.S residents over 18 with a physical, mental, emotional, or health condition-including those who may not identify as having a disability.
