About Linkages
In the early 1980's founder and Tucson business leader Jim Click employed some of his first workers with disabilities. He soon discovered that he had hired some of the most dependable employees he'd ever known!
The experience inspired Jim to partner with Dr. Ruth Mondschein, a pioneer in employment training for people with disabilities. Together they began Linkages with a vision to, “Contribute to the economy by linking employers with qualified candidates to ensure every person with a disability and veteran has an opportunity for employment.”
Bringing Linkages to the forefront of combating the staggering disparity of this often-overlooked talent pool by unifying Tucson’s employers, job developers, and job seekers.

Only 40.2% of adult job seekers with disabilities are in the labor force, compared to 77.6% of those without disabilities. View the most up-to-date statistics from the U.S. Department of Labor.
