Participate in a Gallery Walk Community Forum for the 2024 Pima County Community Health Needs Assessment. This interactive event provides an opportunity for you to share your insights and priorities regarding the most pressing health issues facing our community.

There are three opportunities to attend an event, and those who participate in person will be entered to win a $30 gift card:

• Wednesday, October 30 4:00- 7:00pm El Rio Cherrybell, Cocopah Room
  

• Monday, November 4 3:00- 6:00pm Sahuarita Library, Large Conference Room
  

• Tuesday, November 12 11:00am- 2:00pm City of Tucson Sentinel Building, 320 N Commerce Park Loop

No registration is required, and you can show up at any point during the time slots listed. Materials will be offered in both English and Spanish.

If you cannot attend in person, you can participate in a self-paced virtual forum from October 26- November 12 . During the self-paced activity, you will have the opportunity to provide feedback and vote on the most important health issues in your community.
